Why isn't there tracking information in my order?

Why orders do not qualify for FREE Shipping
Each items ordered along with the shipping address have to be qualified for FREE Shipping. FREE Shipping page has more details about what items and addresses meet the requirements.
Free Shipping
To take advantage of FREE Shipping:
- Place a minimum of $25 of eligible merchandise in your Shopping Cart.
- Go on to checkout.
- Ship your items to one particular U.S. address.
- Select "Group my items into as few shipments as possible" when your shipping preference.
- Select FREE Shipping as the shipping speed. Your order will be delivered within 5-8 working days after all of the items are available to ship (including pre-order items).
- Place your order, and enjoy the free postage!
Using this shipping option, we fulfill the transaction in the more cost-efficient way. This allows us to give our savings on to you in the form of free shipping. Though it could take additional time to pack and ship your order, you'll still receive it in the estimated delivery time frame.
